    I have been trying to get in touch with someone to cancel my annual membership which was automatically renewed. I had no intention of renewing the membership this year and was not aware that it would get renewed automatically. In fact, I wasn't even aware that my credit card information was being stored when I signed up for membership last year. Have other members had this issue? And what is the best way to resolve this?
