Join us for a session with our very own, Victor Menasce, who will share insights on "Know Your Numbers: How to use global supply chains to create value." Victor has been scouring the world for construction materials that are superior to those available in North America at a fraction of the price. He's back from a week in Istanbul at their annual builder expo where he collected samples, pricing, and specifications. While there, he conducted factory visits, and the opportunity exists to shave the cost of construction without sacrificing quality. Not everything is certified for use in Canada, but there are enough opportunities to make shipments from overseas worthwhile.
