Join us on November 9th for what is sure to be one of our best events of the year. To begin, we will be discussing Ontario Bill 23 - More Homes Built Faster Act. Bill 23 is probably one of the most significant pieces of legislation in Ontario geared towards building more homes faster.

There are significant changes being imposed on Ontario cities to reduce the friction that developers and investors see. John Dickie of the Eastern Ontario Landlords Organization (EOLO) will be giving us an update on the contents of this bill and its implications to the members of our club.

Following this discussion will a segment titled, Making Money in Bear Market. OREIO has organized a panel of specialists to answer your burning questions in these uncertain times. Come prepared with questions you need answered. We will have specialists in mortgages, real estate transactions, insurance, and an economist.
