Welcome back! Our September OREIO event will feature two amazing speakers you won't want to miss. Our main speaker for the evening will be Matt Slobodian of Canada ICI. Matt joined Canada ICI in 2015 after spending seven years in commercial real estate banking. During that time, he provided creative financing solutions and specialized in loans valued up to $75 million across all asset types.


Matt will be speaking to the current financing and refinancing challenges, and what approaches investors should think about in our current economic environment.

Our second speaker for the evening will be Kate Bourque of Nioma Studio. Kate helps businesses accelerate growth with a strategy-led and digital-first brand management approach.


Specifically, Kate will be speaking to marketing and social media in a mass media environment where we continually see negative spins on the real estate market.
