The pandemic has turned the real estate world upside down in so many ways. As landlords we have always needed to be careful about who we accept as tenants and remain in compliance with fair housing laws. The pandemic has removed eviction as a remedy in many cases. It’s become even more important that incoming tenants are properly qualified. In February we’re going to be talking about how to qualify tenants and make you aware of the numerous services that exist that can give you a high quality tenant screening.
