Our speaker this month is Jeff Shechter, all the way from Indianapolis Indiana. Jeff has flipped over 108 houses in the past 12 months. In addition he has grown the rental portfolio to over 400 turnkey rental manage properties. Jeff will be sharing with us how he did this, and how you can develop systems to scale your business as well. This month guests come for free. Be sure to register them early as this event will sell out. We are also excepting donations for the shepherds of good hope foundation. These donations can be canned goods nonperishable food, hats, mittens, new socks, etc.

Event Registration

Event check-in and networking begins at 6:30 PM. The event starts at 7:00 PM. Event registration must be completed prior to the event at https://www.oreio.org/events
