Our speaker this month is Jeremy Silburt. He’s a local developer who started his journey only a few years ago when was a student in university with the development of student housing. Today, Jeremy is undertaking much more ambitious projects. This talk will chronicle the progression from small projects to today’s high rise projects. The talk will include a deep dive on a project that frankly any OREIO member could have completed.
