Executive Term

8.2  At the annual meeting, the four  Executive Board positions in the second year of term of service shall be up for election.  The purpose of this election cycle is to give  Board renewal every year while maintaining institutional knowledge and project continuities.

Executive Term Limit

8.5  Members of the Executive elected by members of the Organization are eligible for election to a maximum of two consecutive two-year terms in office.  A break of one year between two consecutive terms is required for subsequent election for an executive member.

Executive Positions 

11.1  During the first board meeting, the roles  of the board positions and duties shall be decided amongst board members.  Positions and roles can be changed amongst board members throughout their tenure period.    Members can overlap positions and duties/responsibilities.  It is the responsibility of the Board as whole to maintain all duties and responsibilities as outlined within each position except for Treasurer and Webmaster.
