I'm planning to sell a pre-build unit I got in Clardige Icon back in July 2020. I was planning to move into it but then plans changed.

I checked with the builder and they're okay with an assignment as long as it is the same contract. Assignment works for me because I don't need to close then sell.

The condo is Unit 3102 and has a very nice view - not facing the lake but downtown side. It's 735 ft sq with 2 bedroom.

The unit has equity but I can discount since I dont have to pay closing costs with an assignment.
